In a thread earlier this week I brought up Kerwin Thomas as I coached him from 8th-12th at Wagoner. I thought he played really well. Now he had several passes completed on him but I thought he was in really good position on all but one, and I thought he tackled lights out. Hell I think he probably had 10-12 tackles in the game. Seemed like they were always calling his name.
I bring it up because I hate to say it but we could definitely use him right now, and I know OU was his dream school. He really hit it off with Martinez when he was here. Selfishly I wish he was here, not saying he would have been an all big 12 guy but let's face it we were trotting out / True freshman yesterday.
