UPDATE: 5:45p - OK, so I teased it a bit last night and have worked to find a bit more information on the situation regarding Oklahoma and Du'Vonta Lampkin and frankly haven't had a ton of luck (though it will be remedied soon). At the same time, I didn't want to keep everyone waiting.
The one-time Oklahoma commitment, and eventual Texas signee, has been talking (privately) to many people about his intention to end up in Norman. The problem with that is, as you all know I've been told for quite some time that Oklahoma wasn't likely to have room for Lampkin if Austin Roberts does in fact make it to Norman and qualifies.
Now, after a conversation late last night it sounds like that plan has been changed considerably and that Oklahoma plans to take Lampkin if he'd like to attend. It's my understanding that is every bit of his intention.
So all things being considered, I'd expect Lampkin to end up Oklahoma's roster once class begins (still working on what the actual deadlines are for everything).
ORIGINAL: Lon Kruger and company is hosting the top player on their board, Norman (Okla.) North's Trae Young - the No. 28 player in the country today.
