ORIGINAL: Guys, there have been a few questions about some of the places that Oklahoma was over the weekend.
As I noted on Friday Bill Bedenbaugh spent last Thursday checking out Kansas City Rockhurst 4-star offensive lineman Danielson Ike. And on Friday he saw Oklahoma's Rivals100 tackle commitment Stacey Wilkins.
On the other side of the line, Calvin Thibodeaux went by to check in on David Ugwoegbu and see him before Seven Lakes took on Katy Taylor and their pair of 2021 offensive line offers Hayden Conner and Bryce Foster.
Most know that Cale Gundy was in Central Texas last weekend to see 2020 wide receiver Quentin Johnston, who picked up an offer yesterday.
He followed that up by heading to see a 2020 quarterback that Scoop mentioned to you a while back, Melissa, Texas standout Brendon Lewis. Definitely a guy that Oklahoma is taking a look at in the junior class and I'm told he made a good impression in his team's 47-0 win over Anna in which he was 16-22 for 271-yards and four scores.
As others have noted Tim Kish got by to see not only his 2019 commitment Jonathan Perkins but also 2020 five-star Justin Flowe.
