Ok a few things to cover here...
First the delayed decision of Elysse Mbem-Bosse. This was something that I don't think any staff involved knew to expect but I had been told earlier in the day that it looked likely to be OU before he chose to delay his choice.
He told me following his visit that if he wasn't comfortable he would elect to wait. I said the other day of he delayed I didn't see any way that was a positive for OU. It may not hurt them but I don't see it being a good thing.
Next is the situation with Ryan Parker. He has been known as a close call academically. OU wasn't expecting him to sign today and will sign in February, as has been the plan for a while.
