Thompson was amazing tonight. Pretty much won that game for Golden State. On our side, Durant was terrible. Turnover after turnover and jacking up bad shots all night long. Gonna take a miracle now I'm afraid

OR gonna take KD being best player on the court. Not exactly a miracle.

Funny thing I was listening to the Dodger game out here and almost the same time the NBA game came on Trace Thompson who plays for the Dodgers, brother of Klay all of the sudden got a sore back and had to leave the game against the Mets and go to the clubhouse for treatment? wonder what he did while getting treatment..........................:)

Thunder f'd it up pretty good, just don't have the discipline to keep focused and close the other team out....AT HOME no less. If they lose to GS tomorrow, which I fully expect, they don't deserve to play in the championship game anyway.

It was yet another display of "me" ball in the second half by Westbrook and Durant. Jumpers off the dribble with no passing and driving the lane off the dribble into a 4 man crowd.
That's exactly what is was. I saw Charles Barkley talking about it during the half, and also after the game how the Thunder reverted back to playing "hero ball" like they are so prone to doing. When they got away from it, they took down the Spurs and were just dominating the Warriors. But for some reason they just can't resist the temptation of going back to that "me" style of play. And it cost them the last 2 games. They play like that again in game 7 and it's all over. And even if they don't, since the game is at Golden State, it may still be over. They had this series wrapped up when they go to 3-1, and they have nobody to blame but themselves.

Durant thinks he has to jack up 30 shots and win the game for them.

It has been an epic meltdown these last two games. Shaq summed it up nicely when he said that great players don't have to win the games themselves. Great players make everyone else around them better. Durant thinks he has to win the game himself when all he is doing is screwing things up by jacking it up 30+ times a game and only making 30%.

Like the way they are playing tonight. More ball movement and getting the big men involved. They have a chance

westbrook has had 4 to 5 dumb shots/turnovers that have led to Warrior runs. They have also missed way too many easy shots

I actually thought Durant played pretty well tonight. We just couldn't stop Curry from bombing away and turning a 4 point lead into a 10 point lead within just a few possessions. I think we also got away from what we were doing in the first half with great success. We seemed to panic too early

Durant played lights out and the Thunder played a really good game. Those Hail Mary 3's the Warriors rely on is just incredible. Going to demoralize any team that is playing great defense. Sometimes you just have to credit the other team.

The foul by Ibaka was just huge. Had a real shot to win the sucker being down by 4 with the ball and a minute to go.

Truly believe the Thunder win it all next year.

Lights out? He played horrible defense and disappeared for long stretches. Did you watch the same game?

Durant had everyone involved early on and was red hot with his limited shot selection. The Thunder were cruising to a W but the Warriors started hitting every damn 3 they would throw up cutting down a big lead. Don't blame the Thunder for getting so frustrated when the game got tight simply because all of the 3's were circus shots.

Durant was far from playing "lights out", but he did play much better than in game 6. They just couldn't stop the 3 ball and, as usual, committed turnovers during critical moments late in the game.

KD and Westbrook are at the turning point of their careers. They'll both be 28ish next year and will start their decline. If OKC were to re-sign KD, their only shot would be next year. In 2017, Adams will come out of his rookie contract and will demand max or max level for centers. Westbrook will be a UFA as well. :They won't be able to roll all 3 especially considering they are in the luxury this year, will be next year if they re-sign KD, and trying to re-sign Adams in 2017 would put them in the luxury 3 years in a row which we all know means exponential tax growth. It can't happen. Why would KD sign with a team that has one shot, especially given the fact that his ankles are about as good as his grandmother's?
GS brings back their core next year as well, so you're banking that KD signs for one shot to face one of the greatest teams in history again. Maybe.
