* if you have an employee that is repeatedly not meeting expectations
* It’s well known on your team and across the organization that this employee is subpar
* also now, because it’s so well known how bad this employee is the culture on the team starts to turn toxic and people leave because of it
Do you fire this person immediately or wait for the right time?
Now anyone see a similarity to someone we all might know?
