The yearly standing at the game thread and when it's acceptable

Every year we have this same discussion, so I figure it's time to get it out of the way. It is never acceptable to stand at the game except when stretching during timeouts. People donate lots of money to get good seating, and they don't want you standing there blocking their view. The only way to combat these folks who stand the whole game is
