Curious what or how it would be handled by other staff if we go get an assistant and pay them 1.5 million a year. For example how would Coach B take that? I understand LR calls the plays so there is a difference there but still that would be a drastic difference in pay and I think we would all agree Coach B is one of if not the best at what he does.
