Matt Rhule did a good job of rebuilding Temple. Good hire for the Bears. Only thing is I don't think Rhule has any Texas connections and that could be a problem recruiting.

Ruhle is a good coach and if he puts a few Texas oriented coaches on his staff, he can be successful in a few years.
Not that I care about Baylor, it is a good hire and a potentially great opportunity for Rhule if he can "drain the swamp" and move forward.

Same stupid thing was said about Bob Stoops and he's done alright.

Well, excuse me. But if you don't mind me saying, Bob coached and recruited in this region of the country for several years while he was at KSU. But that probably didn't help him much.

Interesting hire. It might take him a couple of years to get out from under the NCAA penalties, but if he could win at Temple, then he might get BU winning again.
