I would really appreciate the opinions of the board if our in cohesive play were more a lack of talent or just bad coaching.
A couple weeks ago when a feature on the new DB coach was done it mentioned how the DBs were meeting together with the LB for film study. I may have misread that even the CB and S were not even together in film study. Apologies if I misread that. But if so, it leads me to believe that they were never ever be on the same page together in regards to coverages and run support? Did I read that article correctly? That may explain why DBs and LBs looked and played as if they were completely confused and therefore a step or two slow.
So If it was coaching, then do we really have the talent to play at a championship level? Assuming the coaching is better? And if not, in your opinions, just how far away are we? Thanks in advance guys.
