Hey guys,
The past year I've been a daily lurker much more so than a contributor. I was coaching and teaching full time and at Cedar Hill High School...that's a lot of work.
**pats self on the back for winning "Teacher of the Year" teaching Algebra II**
Unfortunately, i had to resign. I will still be involved with the program and love all the men working hard for our boys, but financially the family couldn't afford a 60% pay cut to work 70hr work weeks (literally).
With that said. I am going to get back to writing stories about my times at OU and I'm back to looking to work with someone (maybe Josh and Carey...and dope ass Eddie) to publish something that becomes a running piece of work dedicated to telling the stories of 'Sooners of yesteryear'
I'm not so much interested in making money as I am interested in ensuring our Legacy and Brand stays #1 in college football.
Anyway. I hope to be around much more. I now run a few Non Profits and own a financial services business. Being an entrepreneur allows me the flexibility to focus more time on the work.
Salute to you all...
Btw..CH has a left tackle who has offers from Bama to A&M who loves OU. Great kid. I know Benenbauh came by to see him (he was injured after the Allen game last year). Hes a 2020 recruit who is bigtime. We also have a slot who's like my lil brutha. He ran 4.39 at TCU camp and broke the school record on the 4×100 relay...he can flyyyyyy. He played RB for us last year but hes in the slot now. Both are HUGE OU fans...both would commit if offered by OU.
