This was my first inperson game this year.

Defense was really good for a half.

Saw lots of defense substitutions with Lott and JMT...Defense is very stout against the run when JMT is in the game. Outside of Gallimore the interior dline is just a bunch of guys. They are fast but just don’t seem to get much push.

Isaiah Thomas got in the game late and looked like he can be one to compliment Jackson in the not too distant future. He’s fast off the edge.

Murray is a fast aggressive LB. if he can learn to breakdown and tackle, he’d have about 3 more tackles for losses in that game and prevented many other additional yards after contact.

Trae Brown was good all game. The drop off was noticeable when he was out in the 3rd quarter. He and Broiles make the secondary a lot better.

Ronnie Perkins is a man amongst boys...he can play the Jack position if they put him there. Would have loved to seen him and Micah Parsons opposite of each other.

Murray and Hollywood are faster in person than what you see on TV...that quick pass and go to Hollywood was unreal.

Willis is another offensive weapon that I think could make a big difference down the stretch.

Lee Morris is way better than Calc...in almost every phase of the game.

Calc is good for 1 amazing play a game but Lee Morris can do that more consistently.

Pledger is a lot quicker than Brooks and Sermon. I wish he would get some touches in space.

Looks like the O will have to use the pass to set up the run this year. Too many people trying to make Murray beat them from the pocket.
