@Carey Murdock @Eddie_Rado @Josh_M @BPrzybylo
I've heard it referenced a few times on the podcast and was wondering if anyone had more context on the subject. Especially after reading in the MMI about tackling high and the team's problems with tackling in general. What I remember hearing was the OU does not tackle to the ground in practice. If I heard that wrong I apologize. However, if I heard it correctly, I was wondering:
1. When did this practice start at OU?
2. Is this common for college programs?
3. At whose direction was this implemented?
4. Do you think it is in the programs best interest to change this practice?
Thanks all.
