I am convinced that you can't carry anything from one week to the next. Also, comparative scores and opponents mean nothing. A few plays made or not made in every game can lead to blowouts vs close games or wins vs losses. This year seems to have no truly elite team that is untouchable, somebody will survive their schedule and get hot at the end and be a champion. The OSU may be best bet, but clearly not a lock. I hate Baylor but they could beat anybody or get beat by many teams. I'm not sure how good we can be, but I'm not taking much away from the 1st three games good or bad. I'm just glad we have 3 wins. I expect most games to be a dogfight where the win/loss and margin will be determined by making or not making a handful of plays. Makes me miss the days we could recruit all we wanted and our third team could have won the big 8...
