So is all the hype.....every year. Those ticket prices are ridiculous.
But 72 degrees inside the stadium. Non issue.
I have family in Minneapolis who tell me frigid weather is just another part of life to them.....and the festivities are not impacted, especially since they will be indoors.Non-issue? Don't Believe it. While the game it self is inside @ 72 degrees, those that attend the Super Bowl game are also attending many functions for the days leading up to the game. Last year's Super bowl in Houston had over 100 parties and private concerts that most folks never hear about. Folks flew into Houston w/o tickets just for the parties and concerts. This year will be a bit different as I imagine fewer folks will won't to endure a sub zero temp to enjoy the Super Bowl festivities.
Perhaps maybe there was consideration given to possible weather conditions when it was determined to play the Super Bowl in Minneapolis. Perhaps measures were taken in increase fans comfort and safety. Perhaps two years is enough time to get this done.-7 . No one and I do mean no one, handles -7.
It's tolerated via the use of indoors and heaters. Like I said it's foolishness to host a Super Bowl in these conditions.
Two very good alternatives.Zero interest. In the age of youtube, you don't even need to watch it for the commercials. I may catch up on watching Vikings or The Americans.
Eagles have survived sub zero weather for centuries.FLY EAGLES FLY!
We're due brother.if they continue to fly as in the past , they’ll fly upside down and poop on themselves
Exactly how I feel. The NFL is dead to me. I'll be reading a book next Sunday afternoon.
I still enjoy the NFL, but certainly don't pay nearly as much attention to it as I did 20 years ago. I always watch the Falcons during the season, but I don't keep up with too many other teams. I always watch the playoffs and Super Bowl, regardless of who is playing. But the NFL does not hold a candle to how I feel about the Sooners and college football. Not even close.
You do realize that Devin McCourty (who boycotted the WH visit last year) is still on the Patriots roster, I hope. You're pretty much between a rock & a hard place on this one, although I guess if you want to keep score, Legarrette Blount boycotted last year & he's now with Philly, so it's 2 to 1.Another reason to wish the Eagles lose... like I didn't have enough.

Just checking dude. Didn't know if you were aware of the fact that regardless of which team wins it, they'll have someone on it who pulled that particular little stunt last year. Oh, & FWIW, I agree 100% w/ the gist of your post. What I did realize is the fool has not even earned an invitation. He has a SB to win first. Even if the Eagles win it’ll be his loss as no one will give a damn. Years later as players reflect and look at a framed image of the team’s WH visit, he won’t be in it. No one will give a damn then either.
And the only score I keep when it comes to the Eagles & Super Bowls...
0 for 2 in fifty years or so.
