UPDATE: 9:43p - Spoke with Oklahoma five-star linebacker offer Caleb Kelly about his in-home visit with the Oklahoma coaching staff last week and it sounds like things went well (a more complete update is coming) and he told me that the Sooners, along with Notre Dame and Oregon, have already finalized each of their in-home visits for the final two weeks.

The schedule this week:

Tonight: Oregon
Tuesday: Notre Dame
Thursday: Oklahoma

Next week:

Monday: Oregon
Tuesday: Notre Dame
Thursday: Oklahoma

Have to think Oklahoma's chances are good getting the last word in both weeks. Also worth noting that last week was Bob Stoops' in-home visit.

UPDATE: 8:53p -
It seems that Texas A&M was just in-home visiting the Daniels family as well, busy 48 hours for the entire crew.

UPDATE: 8:20p -
Talked to a few people on Chris Daniels and his Texas visit this weekend and was told the visit apparently went 'very well' but so far Daniels hasn't said anything.

I heard, briefly, from his father who told me the visit went 'very good, very good' and called the trip 'informative' but so far nothing beyond that.

Our guy @Jason Howell is hoping to speak to him tonight and we'll all know more.

UPDATE: 7:27p -
It sounds like Oklahoma recent OLB/SS offer Kyzir White had a near perfect visit for USC and his parents are now working on taking a trip to Los Angeles to confirm what he saw. He mentioned, in an update, taking two more officials and those two would be at Penn State and West Virginia.

Basically it sounds like he may pull the trigger before any other visits happen.

ORIGINAL:
Just got word, via our Baylor site (SicEmSports.com), that Rivals100 defensive end Brandon Bowen of Trophy Club (Texas) Byron Nelson will be visiting Oklahoma next weekend.

I will try and reach him about it but he is generally a pretty quiet kid.

It sounds like the next few weekends should have plenty of talent and perhaps a few (more) surprises.
