UPDATE: 9:08p - I was told that Oklahoma made an offer to Ohio State commitment Jonathon Cooper, though this is really just me passing along the info for when you see it on his offer list. I was told he is solid with the Buckeyes and 'wanted the offer to be reported but not to make a big deal out of it'.
