@BPrzybylo - Nope, not getting sucked in. Not going to talk about the defensive issues here for Oklahoma’s senior night vs. Kansas.
Nope, instead, focusing on the future because that’s really what this game should be and needs to be all about. This needs to be in the range of 35-3 or 42-3 at halftime and letting the starters rest for a short week at West Virginia next Friday.
Let Kyler Murray put up his numbers, and then it’s time to see some of the younger guys. Austin Kendall and Tanner Mordecai at quarterback. Maybe JaQuayln Crawford? Brey Walker at offensive tackle, things of that nature.
Switch it to defense and the first appearance of Ron Tatum. See DaShaun White in a non-special teams role at the MIKE linebacker spot. Get a glimpse as to why OU fans shouldn’t feel so downtrodden about the group that is being thrown out there in the future.
There is no positive outcome for the defense. KU has not scored more than seven points vs. OU since the 2013 season. So if OU wins 59-10, it did what it’s supposed to do. If OU wins 55-38, then the sky is falling even more.
Win this game, stay healthy and get ready to throw everything and the kitchen sink at the Mountaineers to try to salvage the defensive season after Thanksgiving.

@Eddie_Rado - Wait you're telling me we have to wait until 6:30p for this thing to get started? That's a true crime. Luckily, there's some games to be watched during the afternoon slate. Think Notre Dame-Syracuse. West Virginia-Oklahoma State. Back to the action at hand.
The only intrigue about the outcome on Saturday should be about who is walking away with the Don Key Award. My early morning favorits are Carson Meier & Nick Basquine at even money.
Offensively it should be nothing more than a simple tune up before taking the show on the road to Morgantown. Get every one some work and out of the game before the middle of the third quarter. Defensively? Oh boy. Here we go again. This must be like what the rush of playing Russian Roulette feels like. Find some kind of confidence that you carry over with you to next week. Even if it may be coming against a lesser opponent. Confidence is confidence; and this group needs it more than ever.
Enjoy the final gameday in Norman, America. How crazy is that?

@Josh_M - Alright, things I want to see in this game...(I'm not breaking this thing down, it's a borderline scrimmage)
1) Oklahoma to play in a different alignment on literally every Kansas snap. I'd especially like to see something incorporating the infinity symbol into the player's positioning. For the fans, you all can pretend it's a ramping up of Oklahoma's 'chase for 8'.
2) Brendan Radley-Hiles to catch a pick. It's only fitting that he waits for the last game to create the stadium-wide crotchal chaos that @Eddie_Rado predicted before the season.
3) Ron Tatum to get his first action of the season and I'll go ahead and prediction a tackle for loss.
4) Brey Walker to play the entirety of the second half.
5) Oklahoma to score six touchdowns before they can allow a Kansas score.
6) To see NONE OF YOU try and try and take something positive out of this defense after demolishing an awful offensive unit.
