No brainer responsibilities would be adding professional advice to all facets of game through observing on field and on tape, but can they have any hands on when it comes to actually teaching on field stuff outside the minmum 20 hours allocated to regular paid coaches since they are classified/paid as basically independent contractors? Would like to see OU maximize this area as much as Alabama and Clemson does. They have several special analysts on payroll.
