Carter Frederick of Snead State announced his commitment to OU on Twitter this evening.
The 6’4 225lb outfielder out of Chelsea, Alabama posted a NJCAA-best .493 batting average w/ 14 HR and 53 RBI. He stole 7 bases on his way to being named ACCC-North Player of the Year.
