It is true, but when traveling through Stillwater, the Vet has issued corks and Santa is delivering condoms to all Sheep in the area.
He's suffering PTSD and Santa had to have him euthanized.

Yall here about them two Pokes walking down the road and come up on cow with its head stuck in the fence and ass in the air.
First Poke says to the other, "Hey watch this!". He goes over and rails the hell out of that poor cow.
He gets done and comes back grinning and says to the second Poke, "Alright buddy it's yer turn!"
So the second Poke runs over, drops his drawers and sticks his head in the fence.
