Sitting here at work today...

contemplating what I have to be thankful for this day and every day. Faith, family, friends, a good job, and Sooner Football. I could not believe my eyes on Tuesday night when I saw the Sooners ranked 3rd in the CFP poll. What a roller coaster ride it has been this year. The excitement of the ot win at Tenn. The utter dejection I felt after the loss in October. Now the exaltation of seeing the Sooners in the top 4 but having their destiny in the own hands. Win and they are in. Being a Sooner fan has it's magic moments. Yes I have plenty to be thankful for.....Happy Thanksgiving to all....BHD

Yep, the Sooners are like a scary rollercoaster.

Start out with the climb to the top, then fly down the other side a million miles an hour. Go into the dark, forbidding cave, (Texas) come out of it not sure of how you feel.
Then go into the loops, stomach up in your throat.
Plane out at the end and find yourself at the pinnacle of CFB again.
Just where we wanted to be all along.


What a ride.
