Game should've never been close. Both times we turned the ball over, it was clear OU was going to score a TD because they had no answer and for whatever reason, Tulsa was able to capitalize both times.

OU should've scored 14 points, but instead, Tulsa got 14 points.

Also, the ball was clearly on the ground and not caught in the end zone on that hailmary pass. The half should've ended with no points given to Tulsa.

Therefore, the final score should've been 66-17. Case closed and I'm sticking to it. :)

I give credit to OU, Tulsa and the refs for the score not being 66-17. :)

Be glad Tulsa didn't make more plays and win the game. It got pretty damn tight in the 2nd half. But don't get upset that Tulsa took care of the ball better than OU did. And before complaining about refs calls, think back to the gift OU got last weekend on the drive they tied it up. ;)

Who cares ? This is an era in football when parity makes games like this happen every Saturday. Even Ohio State is tied with Northern Illinois at this time at 10-10. You take a win any way you can get it and move on.
Right now, OU just isn't that good....especially without all hands on deck, as it was today.....and right now, Baker Mayfield is the face of the team. If he goes down, I do not believe the team could compensate for his loss. OU would be 1-2 without him.

That's exactly what I'm saying CT. OP wants to try and make a case that OU should have won by this or that, or that ref calls missed this or that. Who cares is exactly right. A win is a win. No need in trying to make excuses for why OU didn't win by more.

Take away the fantom o interference call on tulsa in the 4th qtr. They are setup on the 5 and could have cut the score to 7.

Even after ou scored to go up 21, tu came right back to make it 14

Actually, TU receivers were pushing off all day. For some reason, the refs waited until late in the game to finally call them on it.

PS The word is spelled "phantom." You're welcome.
