Serious OT: New truck advice

For the first time in my life, I am going to buy a new truck. I need a 3/4 ton because I will be hauling a three horse slant load that weighs bout 14,000 # loaded.

For the last half dozen years GM has just pissed my off to the point that Chevy and GMC are not contenders. I am down to the Ram 2500 Cummins and the Ford F-250 Powerstroke.

So what do you say? Ford or Ram?
