Guys, sorry about the delay on this, have been trying to get some tech issues worked out. Had to buy a new card reader, which let me find out that my camera card is corrupted and all the pictures I took today look to be lost - uggh.
That being said, we did get some good video, including a nice video interview with Parrish Cobb.
*Speaking of Cobb thought he had a nice day, he was a bit smaller than Oregon commit, and fellow Texan, Jared Mayden but he looks very fluid and natural in coverage. More than anything he just never looks troubled in coverage, looks under control. With the departure of Zack Sanchez I think he could be a true contender to compete for that job at the field corner.
*The guy that really impressed me on the day was Lawrence, Kan. Rivals250 defensive lineman Amani Bledsoe. Like I mentioned in the live thread, he was constantly seeking coaching and spent a lot of time talking with the staff to try and pick up little pieces of how they'd like him to handle different scenarios. He also has a good motor, guy chases everything. Add that to a nice frame and some real athleticism - frequently was chasing Terry Wilson and Dillon Sterling-Cole outside of the pocket.
As far as his recruitment there wasn't a lot of talk but what there was definitely seemed positive for Oklahoma - particularly considering Bledsoe seems to have, at least somewhat, befriended the next guy we'll discuss.
*Jon-Michael Terry looked good working as the MIKE linebacker, his feel for the position is growing and more than once he stuck his head in the run lane and came up with some solid contact. He isn't the most explosive linebacker I've ever seen but he's a good athlete and is growing at that inside position - in his first year playing it.
*The other notable player, for some of you, was Del City, Okla. quarterback, and Oregon commitment, Terry Wilson. He is still refining his game but the guy's athleticism is impossible to miss and he has a live arm.
