Watched the first half of the Senior Bowl. I guess the ESPN script said to refer to Baker Mayfield as "polarizing," which they did at least four or five times. But they did talk about how he came in to the week late due to his Mom's health issue and that he worked really heard during the week, impressed the coaches and also bonded with many of the players.
Baker went 3/7 for 9 yards. One nice mid-range pass was dropped and he overthrew fellow Sooner Dimitri Flowers on a wheel route that would have scored. Had another pass broken up by the DB that would have scored if he'd put a little more air under it and he got sacked once. After halftime, they announced that Baker had dressed and left the stadium to get back to his Mom.
Besides the pass from Baker, Dimitri Flowers had one carry for about four yards. Obo Okoronkwo played about four series and got one sack. He's incredibly quick, but his size may hold him back at the next level.
