I was looking through who they have played in their out of conference and what really stands out is that half of the SEC west teams follow the Kansas State and now Baylor model of scheduling weak teams.
Alabama:
Scheduled Wisconsin and 3 nobodies beat Wisconsin actually a legit tough win
Teams tied for Second:
LSU scheduled Syracuse (they are awful) as their marquee game and had 3 cream puffs
Arkansas scheduled Texas Tech (Currently 6th in BXII) and lost, also lost to Toledo!
Ole Miss scheduled a bunch of nobodies and lost to Memphis (who has lost to Navy and Houston back to back)
The rest:
Mississippi State scheduled 4 nobodies
Texas A&M actually Scheduled Arizona State and won
Auburn scheduled Louisville and won
So, the SEC only plays 8 in conference games and has beaten Wisconsin (Legit), Arizona State and Louisville. The bulk of their out of conference games are nobodies... Just because Baylor and Kansas State played all nobodies the Big XII gets tagged with this weak out of conference schedule? What is going on...
Why isn't the conference parading Tech's win over Arkansas? Arkansas is tied for 2nd in the SEC West. This should get way more air time.
