It was announced today that OU will be in the evening session on Friday night, (a week from this Friday) which I view as a disadvantage. Less rest when you compete on back to back days.
But OU's half of the bracket is the easier half. OU as the top seed, will have the traditional home event sequence. First Vault. Then Bars. Then Beam. Then Floor. This is in the semi's. Only two of the four will advance.
OU's half
1. Oklahoma
5. Denver
8. Georgia
15. Oregon State.
The morning session will have
2. UCLA
4. LSU
6. Utah
7. Michigan
OU has defeated Georgia twice this season, and Denver three times this season. One of the wins over Denver was in a four team meet in Fort Worth. So both have been in the championship venue. This will be OU's third meet on a platform this season.
