I post on my iPhone 90% of the time, which is my excuse for all the typos, but suddenly I cannot open the Rivals site on my iPhone and get the above message. Anyone have a clue as to what the problem is?

I can access this site on my phone. So try this. No guarantees.

Open "Settings" app.
Scroll down to "Safari"
Scroll down to "Clear History and Website Data".
Tap on that.

Good luck.

Well, that didn't work, but I appreciate the help anyway. Funny that the Oklahoma Rivals is the only site affected. I guess its the Surface Pro for me but I will miss reading and posting on the go as I do most often.

Load the Chrome app. Although I'm an Apple guy, I'm partial to the Chrome browser on both my MacBook Pro and my iPhone and iPad.

I am an Apple guy also. I loaded Chrome to all devices because Safari has an inherent problem by design with many websites. I upgraded my home network and nothing gauged out to be as fast as what I was paying for. A technician came out, took one look at my computers and phones and guided me to download Chrome. Problems solved.

So, I used "both" in conjunction with three items. I was in such a hurry to keep Oklabama from going over to the "dark side" that I sacrificed taking the time to proofread my post. My apologies to the scholars on the board. :)

Now its getting weird. I can sign in on this website, and now I can view this website on my iPhone, but I can't post without signing in. But when I try, I get this message "Oops! We fumbled" Try back later or contact Rivals. Basically, it won't take my user Id or password on the iPhone but will on my Surface Pro 3. At least, now I follow what you guys are posting on the iPhone, just can't muck it up with you until I get back to the computer. Contacting Rivals about this issue is impossible and I've tried several times but still the Oops message. No big deal.

The two of us (me, myself and I) didn't see anything wrong with your post. Don't be so hard on yourselves.

I've encountered the "Oops" message before. Simply refreshing the page fixed it.

Take my advice. Start drinking heavily.

I had chrome on my iPhone and deleted it a long time ago. Anyway reading this thread made me reinstall or whatever they call it on an app. The revues were terrible and most were about the recent update. The update changed something with the bookmarks.
You guys trust OU Saturday?

My younger sister has nothing but Iphone's and Mac computers and she has mentioned before about using Firefox over Safari. She said Safari has issues with certain sites for some reason. It's literally her only complaint about Mac's.

This is coming from one of the biggest Microsoft Windows advocates ever... me. I swore I'd never buy an Apple product... until the iPhone 3 came along. I've carried nothing but iPhones since and have a hand-me-down iPad2 from my wife. I've got to say, I am extremely impressed with the stability of iOS and apps. Apple does an outstanding job. I've had no problems. Someday I may buy a Mac.

Wish I could brag about Microsoft Windows operating system and Internet Explorer that way. I don't even mess with MS Edge. What a POS.

There is hope for you, yet. Even Vader came around in the end. ;)

Well, the reason why I don't work on a mac is that all my engineering software is designed for Microsoft operating system. If I were a dedicated follower of fashion, a Mac would be perfect. ;)

haha..... and I'll bet you're wearing a pair of Chuck Taylor's as you typed this. :D

I get it, though. And we can stop here. Windows vs Mac discussions can get much uglier than debates on religion or politics.

I hear ya S22!!

I bought my first IPad this past fall and absolutely love it!! My younger sister I mentioned before has used Macs for years, and for years has swore she would never use a Microsoft OS device again. Of course my sister is one of those that consider's Microsoft and Wal-Mart the "evil empire"....though I do kinda agree in a way and see her point with that.

But...about a month ago the wife was needing a new laptop so we stopped by BestBuy to check out what they had. Me and the wife have never used a computer with anything but Windows. Long story short...we walked out of there with a Mac laptop. Man that OS is freakin SWEET!!! My next computer will no doubt be a Mac. I was VERY impressed to say the least.

Talk about odd timing....surfing around this morning and watching some clips on the game last night and my PC freezes up. Cursor doesn't respond. Ctl-alt-del doesn't respond. Nothing. Do a hard power down and now the OS won't load up. Did a system restore. Nothing. So.....looks like I now have the perfect excuse to go shopping for a Mac today!! Lol

Posting this from my iPad.... Hahah
