I just got a text from Rivals100 QB Austin Kendall, letting me know that he's about to get on his flight to Norman for his planned visit this week. I know Josh and others have posted about him this week, but for those who aren't familiar, Kendall was committed to Tennessee for quite a while before they changed offensive coordinators and he reopened his recruitment. He currently has Oklahoma in his top four, along with Florida, Kentucky and Auburn.
Oklahoma hasn't offered yet, but Kendall said "They would have already but they want to see me first." So obviously the expectation is for the Sooners to pull the trigger this weekend.
Adam Friedman handles the state of North Carolina and will be the go-to when it comes to inside info on Kendall, but I wanted to get the news to you guys as soon as possible.
