This is obviously the worst thing that can ever happen. It's embarrassing for us. We depend on Rivals to stay up and they didn't. We're just as frustrated as you guys are. We get the venting and we have done plenty of our own behind the scenes and will continue to do so.
But we want to apologize to you guys for the outage. We're told it was a database issue but none of that matters to you or to us.
I don't know what else to tell you except that we will continue working our asses off to provide content and break news and shoot the best video and write the best stories. We hope you don't use this as a reason to cancel.
Feel free to vent all you want. As I said, we'll do some venting of our own. But we are sorry about the outage.
Let's keep the questions and the criticisms in this thread though. I'll answer anything I can. I can't answer questions about why exactly we went down and how we fix it. We haven't had those conversations with Rivals yet.
