Didn't expect anything earth-shattering, but did wanna ask Riley about Anderson's decision and what he meant to OU since 2015.
Rodney Anderson’s decision and what he means to the program?
"Yea, he’s tremendous. We’ve had some great conversations with him over the last several weeks. Didn’t disagree at all with his decision. There’s no doubt he’s a good enough player. Could he have continued to get better here and use the development? Sure, anybody could. But the quality of player he is and obviously with his injury history, when you looked at the whole picture it just made sense. So we get it, we’re very supportive of him. We’ve got a tremendous kind of crop of running backs in the NFL right now doing great things and I think he’ll do nothing but add to that. Thankful we had him for as long as we did here."
