A High School Football Field Somewhere
OFFENSE:
QB: Baker Mayfield - 95 - It's scary to think what it would have looked like for four quarters.
RB: Joe Mixon - 93 - Becoming more and more dangerous.
RB: Samaje Perine - 88 - It's possible Kansas defenders might not wake up screaming tonight.
WR: Sterling Shepard - 97 - Thought he'd forgotten how to be that good? Think again.
WR: Durron Neal - 90 - Quietly putting together a really solid year.
WR: Dede Westbrook - 86 - At times, even when Westbrook gets it right, you feel as though something is amiss.
OL: Orlando Brown - 83 - Struggled a bit with some speed rushes in this one.
OL: Jonathan Alvarez - 78 - When I did see him thought he was building on last week's strong work.
OL: Ty Darlington - 84 - Oklahoma struggled early but Darlington got them going as the game wore on.
OL: Nila Kasitati - 80 - Thought I saw a bust or two int he first quarter.
OL: Dru Samia - 84 - Still continues to progress, looking better and better in pass protection.

Offensive Average: 87.1

DEFENSE:
DL: Matt Dimon - 95 - Dimon is just a nightmare with his motor and playmaking ability.
DL: Matt Romar - 86 - Honestly, this is more about unit's play, didn't stand out either way when I saw him.
DL: Charles Tapper - 96 - Is Tapper finally going to the level so many have expected?
LB: Dominique Alexander - 90 - Thought he did a nice job cleaning up several would-be nice runs.
LB: Frank Shannon - 85 - Hardly noticed Shannon.
LB: Eric Striker - 87 - One of those games that I bet looks better on tape than first glance.
CB: Jordan Thomas - 93 - In the words of Danny Vermin, 'they threw at him once, ONCE'.
S: Steven Parker - 91 - He has become the rock in this secondary, does everything for the defense.
S: Ahmad Thomas - 85 - Kind of a quiet day but as a safety, that's not always bad.
CB: Dakota Austin - 83 - Gave up the touchdown, missed a tackle or two but still answered the bell.
NB: Will Johnson - 87 - Johnson made a few nice plays and continues to make pass coverage a thing.

Defensive Average: 88.9

SPECIAL TEAMS:
K/P: Austin Seibert - 72 - Seibert needs to kick again ASAP, remove any chance of mental blocks.
KR: Alex Ross - N/A - You have to return the ball on occasion to grab a score.
PR: Sterling Shepard - 55 - Shepard stayed as Bob Stoops' PR after a fumble, can there be more proof of his permanence in the role?
KOS: Nick Hodgson - 85 - Did a nice job with kickoffs and got a field goal in.

Special Teams Average: 70.7

KEY RESERVES:

DL: Charles Walker - 89 - When I saw him, he was making plays, but not as overwhelming as other times this year.
TE: Mark Andrews - 89 - I didn't get to see him block much but clearly think the Sooners moving in right direction w/ him.
QB: Trevor Knight - 78 - Knight still misses a few too many throws. Signed, Mark Andrews
OL: Derek Farniok - 80 - Thought he was a solid player for the Sooners.
DL: Marquise Overton - 88 - Just watch the pocket move when this guy gets on a center.
LB: P.L. Lindley - 85 - Not surprisingly was a big part of Oklahoma's stifling run defense.
RB: Alex Ross - 82 - Still shows what he can do with his speed but also fumbling issue.

Reserves Average: 84.4

Team Average: 85.6

Scoring Standard:

100-90: Playoff Contender
89-80: Big 12 Title Contender
79-70: Bowl Game Participant
69-0: 'I'll be hoooome for Christmas'
