Regarding Nic Anderson...

Assuming he really loves OU... are the coaches offering the changes in the medial staff, making any promises, bidding $$$, etc. to try and retain Nic Anderson? Seems that if he loves the program and Venables that much, there would be things and changes that could be made to appease him and persuade him to stay? Why is nothing being done to reverse his portal desires?
