Recruiting turns?

So in the last two days we had have had two recruits change from apparent Sooner's to be - Jones with a wink and MBM with very, positive OU signs - to SEC fodder. Is it a function of the SEC? The ever present SEC Bagmen?? Perhaps, being out recruited by the SEC???. all of the above???? I understand that every high school kid is different and things are always dynamic when making a choice but it does appear we are more often than not the bridesmaid when we go up against the SEC schools. Theory\?
