Yes, this is a long post. I am incredibly bored and wish I could hibernate until kickoff in 27 days.

Happened upon all-time college football win-loss records. A few nuggets:

-Texas and OU are tied at 928 wins. Going into the 2010 season, however, UT led 845-799. Yes, OU has gained 46 wins on the Horns in only 12 seasons.
-In those 12 years, Texas has endured 5 losing seasons. Oklahoma has 5 losing seasons in the past 79.
-Nebraska is 20 wins behind OU (908). Just 5 years ago, entering the 2017 season, NU was actually ahead by 17 (889-872).
-Since OU is apparently destined to follow the Huskers into mediocrity, and there’s been some confusion about the state of that program before it left the Big 12, I looked at NU’s 9 seasons preceding that exit and OU’s last 9 seasons:
NU: 73-44, 0 conf champs
OU: 97-21, 6 conf champs
