I know this is not a new subject for a thread.
But now that LR has two consecutive Heisman winners and two consecutive CFP entries, does he deserve a hefty raise putting in elite coach territory as determined by pay? If so, to what level?
NFL teams want him we are told. Bob Stoops left him a very good situation and handed the two Heisman QBs to LR. And left him a decent team (talent on D even if poor performing D).
All that. And whatever else you want to factor into it. Is a raise due LR? Even if he loses vs AL? Or does he need to take it to the championship game?
I would give him a serious raise regardless. IMHO.
