I think Billy was on the 75 team but didn’t play a lot.Bradford 2008 highlights
Sims played in 1975, was injured after gaining 95 yards, and redshirted.I think Billy was on the 75 team but didn’t play a lot.
Let's Bundle those, and make it HEISMAN U!Thanks CT; I wasn't sure about either one. RBU And QBU OU !
Troy Aikman!!!!!!Name a QB who has both Super Bowl and OU National Championship rings.
Troy Aikman!!!!!!
Parkview? My dad was at OU when Steve Owens played and he just told me he lived in the same apartment complex as Steve and ME TOO! I was just an infant, but I never knew that. Kind of cool.![]()
Parkview?
Almost all of the FB Players lived in Parkview...As the undergraduates, we got the upstairs units...Ugh! The upperclassmen got the ground level, which was fair. Byron and Lynn Searcy lived beneath us. They were good friends with Tommy McDonald and his wife, Ann Campbell, Miss Oklahoma, and Jimmy Harris and his wife Donna Sue Cason, Miss Football, USA. Both of those couples came over most Sunday Nights, for a cook-out. To let you know how broke players were, back in the day, everyone brought their own Hamburger Patties...No one could afford to 'Treat'...Those were the days!Dad said it was something like Alameda or something, not Parkview.
Rough...Tough...And BIG Enough! My mom told me today she remembers a time when Steve and some other football player picked up a Volkswagon Beetle and moved it in the snow.![]()

I have NO IDEA what you mean...Get out your Crayolas, Sonshine, and draw me a picture! Thanks for the pics and the context. You are nearly identical age as my parents and I could have been conceived and hatched in those units (you know what I mean)
You know I understood, Perfectly, what you meant...You think I'm an Aggie, or sumthin'?Nothing crazy. Just didn't take the time to compose it well. IF my Dad would have been on the team and the one sharing your love in that timeframe, you actually Could be my Mom...

Naw...It's better this way...If I were your Real Ma, we might have killed each other somewhere on OUr way to Today...![]()
This one is really throwing me. It's either a player that won a title in 2000 and transferred to another team and won another. Or it's a player that started his career with Stoops, then transferred to a program that won 2 titles. Here's one for you. How many of Bob Stoops' players have two National Championship rings?

Didn't Huepel win one at Snow JC?

This is an oldie but good trivia question.Duncan is one, but I can think of at least one other (hint for those who are going nuts trying to get it by now: the person who asked it never specified that both NC's had to have been in football)
