He was recruited as a high school quarterback who used to play receiver earlier in his career. He is being recruited as a receiver, but being told that he will get a chance to play quarterback if he wants. At least that's what I've been told.

He committed apparently Sunday during his trip or Monday. OU added an additional quarterback offer in that same time frame. That would have been unlikely if this young man was being offered as a quarterback.
 
I don't know (and really don't care) how highly touted Hardy is, but his commitment yesterday came at a good time in view of what has occurred at OU recently.
I hope there are more coming in the very near future.
 
True story. I read an article about the Louisiana recruits yesterday that said the recruits say the incident has zero effect on their commitment.

Despite the intense media coverage, it seems folks understand that the actions of a few don't represent the views of the many. The actions of Boren and the University helped to solidify that.
