It is that time of the week when we discuss how late josh is for the Chat. Yep, if Josh was a teenage girl there would be a shotgun wedding about to happen, he was that late.

Despite my pleas, we can get no taco recipes from Josh’s family recipe. He claims the best restaurant tacos are at El Tiempo or Chuy’s in H-Town. He dismisses the tacos at Rancho Alegre in Greeley CO, simply because it is CO. He fails to realize that there are more Mexican born people in Greeley CO than there is in Houston. (No joke)
Late in the chat Jaaaa makes a blatant attempt to be included in the chat recap by bringing up the name of a Hill Country prospect by the name of Robert Keen, Robert Keen… Well, it worked. Josh hears he may go the music route, either way I hear he is Aggie all the way. I will see Mr Keen working out at the Orpheum in Wichita July 28th. Expect a full report after then. I’m as giddy as a school girl on prom night.
Kish's philosophy on recruiting:
The problem with recruiting Keen is his handler Jack Boyett who only lets the window down enough to be heard but not enough to let the AC out. Then, Keen will spend the rest of the day digging skinny cows out of the mud. But no training for the football.
When comparing our football program Josh goes with the Stones “Mixed Emotions”. He is quoted as saying, “it works both in title and the timing of the album. Past it's prime, still some pieces to like, but issues beyond.” I guess we can expect to keep Bob and Mike till they are in their 70s. Stones in their 70s or Bob and Mike Show in their 70s, which is more likely to sell out Own Field?
Before recruiting the German goalkeeper for a LB, Josh would like to check her for rabies 1st. Personally I think we need our LBs to have a little rabies in them, might give them some teeth again.
Josh does not think the SEC SEC SEC is the right move for OU.
Josh is surprised that the X Man from East High didn’t have OU in his final 8. But admits he was not as glowing about OU as before. (KS kids still rock)
Next commit pick – Tre Jackson. I don’t see it, Josh does not have a vacation planned in the near future.
The Chat was interrupted at 7:44 for women’s soccer news. Which says about as much as anything on the state of the program.
There was more bandwidth used on talk of realignment and where OU might end up. I think all options were on the table at one point or another. It is a fluid situation.
