Power 5? Or Power 4?

When does everyone stop calling them "the power 5" conferences and start calling them "power 4 conferences" and big 12 is grouped with the AAC and CUSA and others? Only 10 teams in our conference too.

What makes us a "power 5 conference"? Seriously.
