Philadelphia OU Fans and Alums

I need your help. I am taking my wife to Philly this next week, for 3 months, as she will be undergoing a Clinical Trial Study at the University of Penn, for her CLL Leukemia. Obviously this will run into the beginning of football season, and will be looking to watch the games with fellow OU fans. If you can give me some ideas of sports bars that might be showing OU games, or OU clubs in the Philly area, I would greatly appreciate it.
