Guys, meant to get this out earlier today but had some Halloween carnival stuff with the family (I know you all don't care, but just explaining). Anyway, some things that caught my eye...
Look at the grades for the young OL - Marquis Hayes and Adrian Ealy. Those guys flashed some big-time potential and I thought Ealy looked just scary on some of his pulls - he is far too natural of an athlete for someone that size. Almost a Brown/Evans hybrid.
And Hayes...man alive...that dude is going to be a mauling monster actually surprises me he graded her in pass blocking.
On the flip side, just watch the offensive line...and see these grades, I can't make any sense of it. Those grades are non-sensical for a unit that played as well as any point I can remember in the last two seasons - they were unbelievably good.
On defense, as I mentioned on the pod, I'm almost certain that is the highest number of players with a C average of any game this season.
I agree entirely that Curtis Bolton had a huge game and was Oklahoma's best defender - as my grades showed. I'm also intrigued to go back and see what has them so excited about Miguel Edwards. As you guys remember, I was a fan of his in high school but in 14 mop-up plays, I'm not sure...I'll have to do it in the review.
And though it won't be the full Idiot tomorrow...we'll definitely be taking a look at just how much Jalen Redmond flashed in this one.
