Parking question for Fri game

In years past, i usually pay 20 bucks and park on someones house lot but this time i purchased a parking pass on stubhub. Its the Parkview Lot and i was a little confused what it reads on the pass. It has a level, section, row, and seat number. Ive never parked at parkview lot so im not sure why it has a seat number a long with row number just for a parking pass? Any help would be much appreciated.
