The sooner scoop staff is in a tough spot to just come out and say "2016 was a very disappointing recruiting year" I do not blame them. They have great access to the OU program and do not want to jepordize that by having a negative tone regarding a recruiting class. For a team that made the college football playoff they did not get enough elite players in my opinion to keep that ball rolling. Baylor and Texas defintely have, can they put it together on the field is the only question.
