I don't think I have ever enjoyed being more wrong about a quarterback. I am convinced his play has helped this team elevate their play what a tough sumofabitch

We have had a couple of Heisman winning quarterbacks. We have had the #1 draft choice a couple of times. We have had top ten draft choices all over the place. What you can't win without it grit. Baker has that. I think Heupel had it. I think it has been missing since Heupel.

I don't know how you recruit it. You have to find the player who wants to win badly enough that he exceeds his talent. If you have a team leader with grit, the team feeds off of it. It beats a Baylor. If you don't have it, you lose the big games.
