It looks like we should dump from 72nd to around 60th in total defense.
And after Texas gave up 500+ yards to OSU, we will actually end up ranked very close to them. (Despite the perception that Texas plays great defense.)
The real test comes this month with TTU, WVU and O-State. Again, we don't need a top 50 defense this year. Just a defense that can make some stops and not lose games.
