I would love to see a complete breakdown of each person involved in the OU recruiting machine and what he/she does in the process.
I was reading Ari Wasserman break down in The Athletic yesterday some of the basic positions and roles that most programs have, but obviously they’re all different.
For example, he said that many programs have a person whose main job is to manage who needs to be contacted and when. So, for example, Roy Manning strolls into the office and knows exactly which kids he’s supposed to get in touch with that day without having to think about it.
Anyone ever seen a breakdown like this?
