I think it's pretty cool when Venables and the players walk off the field with arms linked to head back to the locker room before the game. Great show of team unity. The confusing part for me, and maybe some of you can clear this up, is what in the heck is Schmidt doing? He's turned around in a squatting position, walking backwards, looking like he's getting ready to take a dump on the field. I don't get it.

Fry had his 1979 Iowa team do it vs OU with Bob Stoops on his team

Old mush/marble-mouth texsan: “scratch where it itches”. He has a street named after him and probably a bronze statue in Iowa City. Tried a couple of times but never won a Rose Bowl. After he lost games he wore dark aviator sunglasses in the local pressers and was a jerk more than once.

It was hilarious when he traveled to Tulsa the morning of an afternoon game and Lost to the Golden Hurricane
