OU Positioned to be a 2 QB System?

We have Cody, Baker, 2 incoming run and gun QBs , and Austin Kendall (pocket passer) coming in. Are they positioning our team to be a 2 QB system? I know Stoops has shied away from that in the past.

Seems odd to bring in so many guys with different styles.

Along those lines, maybe Baylor and Tech can always reload at QB because they stick with a singular focus in recruiting.
